I don't think he painted the top part of the grille, I think he just hasn't bolted it back on yet (although I have wondered how they would look painted).
The bus hasn't been finished or run yet, haven't had enough time to even get it up to the bus inspection place yet. Being a one-man operation things don't get done here when I keep as busy as I've been for the last three months. |

Hey Jack, Limo looks great. I really like that you painted the top of the grill black.
Digger what happened to your shuttle bus that you bought. I want to see what you are doing to the luagage rack area. |

May want to remove side trim and replace after paint. Taping it off may not work that well. Ask you body shop guy, maybe they can be reinstalled after.
Looking good. I miss doing this. Pain while your involved in the process, but the end result is something to be proud of!!! |

The cool thing these days IS the metal flake... you can wet-sand the entire car and mix it in to the clear-coat.
BTW, when you paint the car go ahead and remove the handles and the door code box, otherwise the paint will peel/chip around them later. They are easy to remove and re-install. Same thing with those opera lights, don't just mask them off. |

Heck, just cut out the passenger cabin, and weld the TC back together. It looks to be in better shape then the rest. You could have a cheap sedan.

Actually, as long as he's doing the work himself, this shouldn't be very expensive, just time-consuming. Looks to me like he just has to paint the opera light area and may not plan to touch the main body. I bow to thee, as bodywork is the one thing I know not to mess with.
