Use a hose to find leak (I know this might sound obvious, but sometimes in frustration obvious doesn't come to mind).

I have a genius of a limo technician who was able to track and locate a leak on my ECB 120 that no one else could find.

He jerry-rigged a suction device onto the back side of the leaking area that actually pulled sealant into the void where the leak was located. It has been bone dry for over a year now.

Regardless of the problem, finding a skilled limousine repair technician is the first thing to do, then worry about that leak.

Sounds to me like the first thing you need to do is locate the source of the leak.

Fixing a leak is not rocket science if you know the spot the leak is occurring.
