It could either be the LCM Lighting control module that controls your lighting for the car.
Or i had a 2001 with no brake lights, turned out to be the signal switch. Try moving your turn signal up and down to see if the lights come on. Ours was only the brake lights and after repalcing the turn signal assemmbly, everything worked again. |

Is it all of the parking lights or just the rears? If it is all of them I'd bet that the headlight switch is the problem (normal Lincoln trait). If the fronts work but the rears are out then you'll need to get under the car with a test light and start tracing the wiring harness till you find two spots, one where the harness has power and one where it doesn't then find the broken wire between the two.
