I spent most of my time at the roundtables and seminars. I spent very little time on the showroom floor. The vast majority of the folks here are taxi, but I still have ran into some old and new friends. The weather has been great during the day.
The limo discussions have been small (6-15 people) which allowed for some good 1-1 questions with the speaker. Great discussion today on Overtime issues. We had a nice opportunity today to tour the massive Boston Coach facility. Very impressive. The roundtable discussion format is interesting. Overall I have picked up lots of great ideas from the trip as a whole that I plan to take back with me. For exposure to those types of ideas it was well worth the price of attendance (as are all the shows), although it would have been nice to have more limo operatores to share with. It gets down to 30 degrees here at night - I'll be glad to be bach home in sunny Austin tomorrow |

OK, Deano - your job is to keep an eye on him and alert us when you think he does something for us. Remember to keep track of the cost while you're at it. |

Hey! Things are looking up. We now have a new Majority Leader, "Limo Roy" Blunt! Now he's in a position to suck even more money out of limousine operators in return for - you got it -nothing. This message has been edited. Last edited by: JHJ, |
