Does anyone's license plate actually say "For Hire" on it?
Here in California ours read "Livery" at the bottom. Or am I just not paying attention? Jim Martin Night Out Limousine Hollister, CA |

By "private" plate I assume you mean "personalized".
Mine are: NITEOUT and NYTEOUT and CONXION (my parent Company, Conxions Concierge, LLC). Jim Martin Night Out Limousine Hollister, CA |

In Washington State we are given a truck plate (comercial plate) also used on comercial trucks and working vechiles. So easy to blend in especially when you are driving a sedan.
But just like california you can opt for a private plate. |
