In case this applies to any of you:

We have received some calls from customers of American Limousine Sales who thought they had purchased our extended warranty coverage on their vehicles at the time of sale.

American Limousine Sales has never forwarded any of the premiums collected to us or registered any of these warranties with us. If you have purchased any warranty coverage through American Limousine Sales or Richard Murillo it is NOT VALID.

All repairs and claims are the complete and joint responsibility of American Limousine Sales and Richard Murillo according to State Code.

They have no dealer agreement in place with ACC and have never been a dealer for our products. It appears that they have printed their own warranty forms from a sample-only contract they received in an e-mail.

Please feel free to contact me if you are affected by this situation or to be added as an additional plaintiff.

Thanks,

Steve Burgess

If this is the American Limousine here in LA then this isn't surprising. You only have to step into their offices or look at the junk they have parked on several floors of the attached parking garage to see what's going on. I looked at a couple overpriced rolling wrecks and made a run for the door.
