This is really a Glasgow only question, as I think the licensing problem is unique to Glasgow!
The limo is not a PHC (as it cant be licensed as a private hire car in Glasgow) - do we need PHC insurance? Is there a cheaper option? (Sure you all know how expensive it is!) Cheers |

Well….I think if you wait for some more time… you can get a lot better suggestions that this…I am out of any ideas for this!!!!
