The Limos.com Forum Has Moved!!!

I run a 14 car fleet. I make every reservation by hand and then send out a contract for stretch limo runs. My office is at home, my vehicles are at a shop 30 min away, and im usually not at home to make reservations so i fill out a trip sheet then send email contracts when i get home... I need a program that make professional receipts, Conformations, and Invoices any ideas?

If you don't have Word/Excel '07 yet, you can get the Small Business '07 update. It's pretty good for reciepts/invoices, etc.

I dont understand Denver you want a program to integrate all those things or you just want to send out some invoices, confirmations and reciepts as seperate documents?

You can go search the web and get templates for word or excel for all thoe things and customize them to your needs. Here is some examples here:

But entering the clients information each time on each document can get time consuming. Is that what you are doing now? Or is everything hand written now?

With 14 vehicles I really do not see how you have made it this long without a Software package to run your business. I must commend you! Maybe it's time to step up and computerize.

You can wait for the limo show or most software companies have free trails. Use them and then you will know.

I use FASTTRAK, bur Limoanywhere has been getting some good reviews recently.

Something that works for me might not work for you.

Most of the limousine software companies offer that, you can dispatch, make reservations, send contracts, invoices, etc. all online. We use LimosAnywhere, been working great! We love that we can send trip tickets to drivers' cellular.
