Looking for some help with a question. My large veichles have bus plates on them and are registered with usdot nysdot and mc. I amalso registered with the ucr program. I know i can do point to point in ny. Or pick up in ny and go to nj or wherever they are going. What i am wondering is what do i need to do point to point in nj or pa. I may have it already but not sure what it is.

Thank you in advance for your help with this.

Yes, you do need intrastate.

You would have to contact NJ and PA motor carriers and ask what INTRAstate requirements they have. Most states require some sort of authority for the individual state to pick up and drop off in that state. Also, I believe you would fall under the fuel tax laws (right?).

I am not an expert on this, just didn't see anyone else post all day so I thought I would. Sorry if this is incorrect.
