Was just wondering if anyone has come across this. I do alot of mailing and e-mails from lead list that we get from bridal shows and the wedding magazines that we advertise in. Now im wondering if there is a program out there that would allow me to import excel files with all of this information on it to see if i am mailing or e-mailing duplicate names. The bridal shows that we attend the wedding magazines also attend. So at the end of the month when the wedding magazine sends there leads to us im sure we are getting some that we already have from the bridal shows. Just trying to avoid having that customer from getting pissed off because she got 4 e-mails from us and to try and cut some postage cost back.

i know how to make mailing labels already. i need something that i can use to start maybe monthly news letters with and that will catch duplicate names. Ive been fooling arond with that constant contact and i think its going to work out preety good. the ony thing is i think it might be to expensive. i probably have about 10,000 email names.

If you are something as simple as a for example "chauffeured limousine service in nyc" you have to find the program from your software or your computer that will catch duplicate names or delete them.

constant contact,, just google it
email list are the way to go, collect them were ever you can i have over 2500 know . send out a monthly news letter plus coupon for email costomers
