Thanks for all the feedback. I'm gathering that the affiliates and coach builders need to go. Any other comments are welcome.

I’m not a huge fan of music on websites, but you do have an option provided to mute it. That’s good.
The affiliations are okay, but I don’t see the need to provide them as links. You want the visitor to stay on your site, not wandering off to other sites to possibly get lost or not be able to get back. Likewise for the coachbuilder links. All in all, a nice looking website. Good job! Karl Jones |

I suspect the demographics of limousine / balck car users are more closely aligned with FaceBook and LinkedIn. These are two social network I would encourage limo people to particpate in. I have a recent post at InTheLeftLane (leftlane.ning.com) that discusses some of my ideas on socnets for the Livery trade. |

I have a personal Facebook account from college but not for the company. I checked out Linkedin an set up an account but don't really know anything about it. Any suggestions? |

Drop the tunes, tweak the pages for SEO results and increase the interactive components of he site; let clients / customers add pics and calendar entries maybe. I will encourage you to get razor sharp focused on what you want to accomplish with your website and ask yourself how it fits into an overall web strategy. Are you on FaceBook / LinkedIn yet? |

Hey h&h ,
the interior shot of you hummer is not a royal coach by victor interior. Its the same old krystal photo everybody uses. And whats the point of providing coach builder links on your site ? Most customers do not even know what a coach builder is. They think limos are built by lincoln, GM , ford, etc. |

Hey H & H looks very good.
I can only assume you do not want to get any email inquires about rentals because you are making it very hard for people to send you an email. If you want to change that make it clickable as a "mailto" link on your reservation page and on the top of your front page right under your phone numbers. But I understand if you dont want emails and want to force them to call. May be missing out on some leads however. |

I agree with limojess about the coachbuilder link. Also the "Cool Pics" link, until you actually have them, I'd hide the link. Gets the visitor interested in something that ends up not being provided. Once you have it set up, add the link back.
As I am at my office, with other people around, the music was a distraction when I went to your site. (but at least you do have a clear link to kill it) From a web designers standpoint, get rid of the "This site is best viewed at...." message at the top. 1. it says you are catering to only a specific crowd instead of building the site to accommodate the wide variety of visitors the internet offers. 2. At your recommended resolution (1024x768), the site still does not fit and requires the user to scroll left and right to see the whole site. On the main header image, try re-doing it with a different font for the address and phone numbers, just does not look crisp enough . The center looks good. While the color scheme to me is nice, the font choice I didn't care for. If you go to the About Us page, it's more like reading a newspaper article, not about getting quick facts about you. Keep in mind, this is just my preferences -Greg |

Get rid of the coach builders icon from your website.
Are you selling your limousine service to your clients or trying to encourage your clients to buy limos. I like your quater state idea on Wednesdays. |
