Nice looking and animation seems not to be too much.

Look for a design that places all the relevant information on the top, 'above the fold'. The 'bottom of the fold' being the bottom of the screen. Stats suggest information below the fold is often lost, people just do not scroll down.

Make the header smaller and put more info in the space at the top.

Lastly, add a section where visitors can particpate some how - add pics of them in your limo, comment on pics they see or something.

I would use "No Obligation Rate Quotes" vice "Free Rates Quotes"
