Website looks great. What is that car on the front page. Looks like a Buick. I seen this car on TV.

I see you are a limo marketing coach.

I have only been operational for about 3 weeks now & I have tapped into an area just out of Melbourne where there are no limousine companies set up.

This area used to be classed as out of town & out of the way to all other companies but now it is the 3rd largest growth area in Australia and is now classed as an outer suburb. They are building a freeway through there which will be completed in Feburary 2008 and then it will only be a 40 minute drive to the city.

My company has been very well recieved so far & I'm recieving 20 - 30 phone inquiries and about 15 email inquiries a day.

I really want to put a footprint in this area but I'm in the situation now where a larger company could come in and swallow mw up quite easily.. My company is called Casey Limousines and my target area is the City of Casey ( www.casey.vic.gov.au ) so I've made myself as local as possible.

I would really appreciate any marketing tips anyone could pass on.

First thing we need to get you to do is change your mindset. Mindeset means alot in business. If you believe you are going to get swallowed up chances are you will.

If you believe you are going to be top dog in your area you will automatically, on a daily basis, do things that will improve your business to the point that you have more customers than you need for life.

********************

Two things I would suggest right away:

1- is setting a marketing plan. Get it in writting. The most successful people have a written marketing plan.

2- Every week look at your schedule and take the time to write in your schedule marketing activities that you need to do and do them.

The most successful people have written plans and actually schedule their marketing activities.

Ex. Attending Networking Events, Teaming up with non competting local businesses to spread the word about you.

P.S. Im not sure if you received my response to your email but just in case you did not get it yet. Let me know if you would like for me to send you my enewsletters. "The Limo Biz Success Newsletter."

Have a great day!

If I may suggest a few things.

Your site looks very professional but theis is a marketing element missing.

You see every Limo company does the same thing. They provide nice cars to and from differant locations.

So if I look at your limo company site, then search for another few other sites with out a doubt I will find a few things in common. They all have limos and provide luxery transportation.

What is missing are the messages that prove to the potential client why they should be doing business with you and no one else. I am not talking about price. I am talking about providing benefit rich headlines and content that will have your clients thinking "This is the only company I want working for me!".

Do you provide a satisfaction guarantee if you do let them know.

Are your drivers expereienced, if so how many years. Let them know how this will benefit them.

"Our experienced drivers are guaranteed to get you to and from your event on time every time!"

These are just a few thoughts to get your thinking some more.

Hope this helps.

Leo

Best of luck!

Very nice, Love the pics too! Not to be too forward, but you need to have someone who didn't write it, proof read it. A few misspelled words and a couple missing words in sentences.

The font on the white paragraphs could be one larger.

Wish you great success!!
