You put CAMERA PHONE pics on your web site?? Go out and buy a really good digital camera(or borrow one) and take ALOT of pics. Then pick out some of the best. If you are new, take them with different lighting/ settings and then you can remove if no good. Pictures sell your company. Dont put too much in shot to take away from the car.

Grey text on a royal blue background is a little challenging to read. You want your testimonials to stand out! Those are your gold stars!

Does a limo company really have "news"? Your "news" content is really just info. Call it that. See if those headings called "News" and "Popular" can be changed to something more relevant.

It might be good to bear in mind, if you ask for a review and critique, from your peers in the industry, we offer suggestions to be helpful, not draw critical, ill-tempered responses.

I don’t know what the ethnic demographics in “NOVA” is, but if you have a large Hispanic market, I think they would be turn off by the “NOVA” title…No va in Spanish literally means “It doesn't go.”

But all kidding aside…the picture in the “Red Carpet Service Wedding” section, does seem odd, like it was taken moments before the actual posed photo were to be taken. Camera phone pictures are not always the best shot to use on a commercial website (low resolution / no proper processing). I would recommend you take a P&S camera with you on future trips – you would always get a better shot with a Point and Shoot. I have enclosed a photo with proper composition of the bride, groom, driver and limousine. You can also speak to local photographers in your area for good shoots for your website – you might be able to do some type of cross-promotion (credit the photographer for the photos on your website with phone number and website address. And the photographer might provide you with pictures of your vehicles). If the cross-promotion does not work, you can use the photographer for referrals. Many bride and grooms choose their photographer months before they choose their limousine company.

Also, when someone is looking for your rates on your website, they need to click several links before reaching your rates (three clicks in total for your hourly rate / four clicks for airport rates). People surfing for rates have low attention span. I would recommend you have the rate listed on the first “Rate” page.

Just my two cents:

Capitalize "Limousine" if you are going to capitalize Black Car/Executive Sedan.....

Capitalize "Area" and "Metropolitan" in Washington Metropolitan Area.

(If I am mistaken about your carrier certification, disregard the following.)

I assume you are running under a WMATC Carrier Number, since that is the only way you can legally work the DC-MD-VA commercial zone (if you pick up in MD or DC). Rule 63-01 requires you to notify the public that you are regulated by the Commission on all advertising exclusive to you, which includes your site. They even stipulate what you have to say-

"Carriers offering transportation services such as those described herein are regulated by the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Commission, 1828 L Street, Room 703, Washington, DC 20036-5104."

Non-exclusive advertising (phone books, newspapers etc), only requires the following:

"Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Commission Regulated Carrier No. XXXXX"

And yes, they do check. In fact my site needs the same update before I get jammed up.

Otherwise, nice site. ThumbsUp

Groom, Where is the rule that says all wedding pics have to have a groom?

Well first thing that came to my mind when I saw the picture (and maybe it's just because of whre I am from) is oh a Lesbian wedding! Not that theres anything wrong with that!

Ok NOVA is the area you serve I guess locals will get that. It's just a little wierd to have a nice logo in that area that has nothing to do with the company. Definately get one designed that can show off your company's style and start creating some brand awareness.

ANd just as a sie note: Is DC limo your company? ANd whites just a sub company of that? Or are you renting space on someone elses server and domain? Why not get your own domain name?

Groom, Where is the rule that says all wedding pics have to have a groom? And thanks for pointing out the trip hazard, Ill be sure to instruct my drivers to tuck the carpet up under the car before they unroll the carpet next time.

I understand the email thing, I can definitely fix that. NOVA? That's the local geographic term we use for Northern Virginia. I was thinking of changing it to White's but im not sure just yet

How about a groom? LOL

It's not the best pic I have ever seen but hey if you like it go with it. Next time maybe tuck the end of the carpet under the car a little. Will also prevent it from being a trip hazard.

Only other thing I saw was that your email link is non clickable. Meaning the customer would have to cut and paste to email you. I say do not make it hard for them to email you. You would be surpised ow many people have trouble with cut and paste.

And BTW what the hell is "NOVA"?? link does not seem to be working, Why is it so promenently displayed on your page?

P.s. There are a few more pics on Limousine Hourly Rates page. If you look at the links at the bottom of the homepage youll see a link there. I am adding a page for testimonials and possibly a picture page.

#1 I was wondering the same thing. I might re word that part
#2 I know I could use a few more pics, I still am in the process of taking them. I need some pics with people in them. I just recently started taking pics of all my trips, but I only have taken 2 so far and they both came out bad. Ill need to take more
#3. I think youre totally off base that picture is awesome! I have sold several Red Carpet Packages based off that one pic! Brides love it. You say its not photogenic??? What isnt photogenic about it? Thats a great picture of my car, It may look a little blurry because I took it with my camera phone but other than that the bride is smiling her buddy looks cute behind her, what more do you want? lol...
