Too wordy, hit the reader with bullets to grab their attention.

Either one page dedicated to a specific function or split the pages.

Watch and pay attention to key words that will get picked up on search engines & draw attention to the site. What airport do you service? Is that airport strategically placed so the search engines can find it?

Lose that silly follow the mouse script.

Get the contact info prominently displayed in the heading (phone number & email) don't make the viewer hunt for it.

Hi-
The site is nice. My only suggestion is to lose the script that follows the mouse on the homepage. That is one of my big pet-peeves. Other than that I like it. Good job.

Hi Nicole,
From a functional standpoint, the website is fine. It has all your information on it, phone numbers, etc. But from an ergonomic standpoint the layout, etc could be better. Theres a lot of programs out there that you can use to create and host your site (I use Mambo/Joomla, a CMS system. Its hosted on my computer here at home. But im a SysAdmin for my day job so this is second nature to me) that would probably give you a much more polished looking result.

One of my pet peeves when creating my site (www.whiteslimo.com) was that I did NOT want it to look like someone just slapped some information together, coding everything in HTML. I wanted it to look like a professional site. I think I accomplished that with my site, or at least got as close as I could without spending oodles of $$$$.

My .02 cents

"When taking the shots the driver will just ask if the group would mind being pictured on the site, no one has said no yet."

You ask them before they get drunk, right? lol
That shouldn't be too hard, I have yet to hear back from the photographer that did the pics for the "princesses" prom. Still waiting on those photos!

The site looks nice; as far as client photos, I bought a decent digital camera for each of my cars.

The driver always offers to take group photos of clients, so one of them does not have to, thus not leaving a group member out of the shot.

When taking the shots the driver will just ask if the group would mind being pictured on the site, no one has said no yet.

Granted, we are new at it so our sample number is not huge, but people seem to like being on the site with the car.

Catch 22. If they send them to you, they have implied consent. Otherwise you'll have to have their permission to take and post them.

I save the emails sent, incase there is any question later, I have a reference to go back to.

Would be hard to have a pro photographer on every trip. Let the people take them and submitt to you. Non posed, natural one are better anyways.

I do have a photographer that has offered to post a few of his pics he took for a prom that I did. That is a great idea! Do you think they would mind posing for me? (I mean so I can take them myself, has that question been posed to clients before?)

Site looks great. Just an idea, I did this on mine. If you have fun groups (non corporate) that are taking pictures, let them know you can post a few on your website. I did this for birthdays and Bachelor/ ette parties and anniversaries. you can set up a whole other section for trip pictures.

Makes a big difference when people look at your site and see what real people are doing with your service, plus what the interior looks like with people.

Just an idea. Good Luck!
