Awesome video clip, very professional.
I like how you use the white stretch throughout the marketing forms (pictures, video, top header), even if it is not your only vehicle, it makes everything look very clean cut and professional. Thanks for the feeback! It's really nice to hear..especially after the money and time into it. Dave...I would love to hear more about what you said. I tried adwords...but seem to get very little from it. According to my webstats, people are getting to my website, but I just can't seem to find out how to really get a good ranking...especially in google. Thanks again for the positive comments...GREATLY APPRECIATED!

This is an absolutely beautiful site. The copy, layout, and photography are fantastic. I wouldn't change a thing.
I'm not a big fan of flash sites, but your implementation of this technology is exceptional. Although Google has traditionally had trouble with flash, in recent years it has dramatically improved. I checked the Google cache and it's correctly reading the majority of your pages. The site may take a while to load, but as you stated, very few people use dial-up. The fact that you provide a luxury service to one of the wealthiest counties in America should also be taken into consideration. I think it’s great that the site isn’t optimized for the search engines. Most of the optimized limo sites I have recently viewed look like they were written by a schizophrenic six year old. What’s the point of ranking #1 in Google if your craptastic search engine oriented text can’t convert customers? In your case, you’ve created the perfect landing site for other marketing efforts. If you use this site for limos.com, Adwords, ppc campaigns, and online yellow pages, you’ll dominate your competition. Does this mean you should ignore Google and the blind? - Of course not. If you want to rank in Google, set up a separate domain with simple pages created with standards compliant XTHML and CSS. Link to it as a Dial-up/mobile phone site off your main page and you’ll be set. If you don’t want to fool around with HTML, install Wordpress on your web server and build the site with its WYSIWYG editor. Although Wordpress is typically used as a blogging platform, it’s evolved into an excellent CMS that can create easy-to-update static web pages. As you build out this separate optimized site, just remember to create excellent web copy directed at human visitors. Since Google gears most of its algorithm on off-page factors (relevant inbound links, inbound links with a high PR, anchor text, site age, domain name, title meta-tag) you should focus on creating high quality content that attracts organic inbound links. If you keep your present site and do this, you’ll convert visitors AND rank high in the search engines. Dave |

Ryan has a point here and it one of the issues that any competent SEO guy will tell you - imagine if your site needs to be visited by a blind person; their reader will find text, but the images and the video will be lost. There are tactics that can be applies to the images and video that WILL make it count to the search engines however. There is the ability to optimize the site behind the video though that, with your current investment you may want to investigate like meta-tagging and using a robot.txt file. Awesome look though Amigo. |

That is without a doubt the nicest and best done limousine site I have ever seen, but I don't think that makes it the best it can be for your business. You will find it impossible to rank on Google because you have virtually no text, and customers with slow internet or whose isps are having a slow day will often not wait around for all that stuff to load. But it is quite a beautiful site.

Thanks for the feeback thus far. I do realize it does take time to load...but...the internet commercial as well as the high rez pics are pretty large, therefore making for a longer load time. I would imagine most people at this stage have high speed, and for the few that are still on dialup, I am working on a story mode instead of the flash. The HTML is just a little bit of a pain to keep up with, which is why I no longer have it. Thanks again for the comments thus far.

Nice fleet, and some really nice photography on the cars as well.
People are impatient; I agree with those who suggested rethinking all the flash, though it is clear you put a lot into the production of your site, and it shows. |

It takes a long time to load, imagine how long it'll take for people on dial up. Also you should have a link on the bottom that says "dont have flash? Click here" and have a html only version for people that dont have flash or people on dialup.
Also because your whole site is flash it has no actual words on the page, and you will miss out on almost all search engine traffic. But its a very nice looking site. ____________________ I offer Search engine SEO services starting at $500/mo. Normally I don't like flash sites, but that's very nice and professional. Well done !!
In the fleet section you still need to add the White 120. |
