My question would be, what gratuity percentage are you charging the customer/client? Well we usually don't hire dirvers with 0 expericence, we just hired experienced drivers, and we only show them our system, and the precedures we follow here in our company. We start paying them depending on their driver licence, if they are A or B we pay them 10 plus 15% percent gratuity, and to the ones that only have regular licence and can only drive small vehicles we pay them 8 plus 10% gratuity. |
