Hello, first of all, i am sorry for my spelling, sometimes I try to multi-task, plus English is not first lenguage..
Anyway, I was looking for a limousine forum I google it (google always helps)and I found out that limos.com has a forum... cool! I am 23 years old and I've been in this business for the last 5 years, I started working as a dispatcher for limo company in LA, and now I moved to another company and I am the office manager, maybe i can find some good information abd advise here..hehe in this business there is never enough if you guys know what I mean Smile
Besides being in the limo industry, I go to school my major is fashion marketing, I am working in my thesis right now and after June I will be done Wooohooo, I am getting my Bachelors Smile
So anyway I just wanted to say Hello to all of you, now I'm going and explore the forum Smile

Well we usually don't hire dirvers with 0 expericence, we just hired experienced drivers, and we only show them our system, and the precedures we follow here in our company. We start paying them depending on their driver licence, if they are A or B we pay them 10 plus 15% percent gratuity, and to the ones that only have regular licence and can only drive small vehicles we pay them 8 plus 10% gratuity.
