Has a customer ever accussed you or you're company of cheating them ? Hoe did you handel it?

we have a new customer who come over to us from another company he used for 3 years, says the other company was overcharging, billing extra hours and whatnot. says he never said nothing to them he just decided to leave the company. seems to me like a awful lot of customers who think theyve been cheated never say nothing they just move on

I've gotten a few new clients from other carriers, but nobody accused anyone of cheating them, rather, they felt like the over-complicated billing procedures were set up to take advantage of them.

E.G.- Things like set-up fee, fees for more than 3 stops, fuel surcharges, booking fees, etc etc etc.

Don't get me wrong, I get paid for those same things, but all I quote is a simple hourly rate plus gratuity.

The little nickel and dime fees are built in, and clients seem to be more comfortable knowing exactly what they will be paying up front.

Most people have in inherent dislike and mistrust of anything they consider to be “fine print” items.
