I have a list of Pinellas & Pasco based taxi drivers ready to give depositions/testimony on how they were allowed to work in Tampa during the 2001 Super Bowl with no licensing & I am now building a list for limousine operators who are not licensed by the HCPTC but were permitted to work in Tampa.

In particular, I am looking for people who paid off Tampa Limo Operators to obtain a temporary vehicle permit(s). We are in the process of gathering information of key Tampa Operators through a public records request & one way or another, we will obtain the information through legal resources available including subpeonas.

This information is not only to ensure regulatory compliance with the law during the 2009 Super Bowl but also to use as part of a 14th Amendment Defense of motor carriers arrested by the Gestapo.
