I see that all of the stations in my area are hovering $2.99 per gallon but I'm curious of who will exceed the $3.00 peak first. This will be the first time in our area that it's went to $3.00 or more. I'm guessing they are all waiting for another company to do it first. I bet if one station did it before everyone that many people will NOT be happy with that one station. We all know it's bound to happen anyhow, just curious to see how the public reacts to it around here.
I bet it happens before the weekend hits. |

Minneapolis/ St. paul, MN. Jumped 31 cents last week, $3.21 per gallon.
I ran into a trucker from Winepeg Canada- gas is $1.04 a ltr. ($4.16 per gallon). |

I just paid $3.44 per gallon in Portland Oregon today. I was a bit shocked. But what do we do? Can't really do without.

$3.40 a gallon out here in eco friendly (and taxed) sunny Los Angeles. And that's at the cheap place!
I just have to keep in mind what they pay over in europe for gas to keep it in perspective. But nothing like handing over a $100 dollar bill just to fill up your car! |

Still $2.89 here. Limo running isn't killing me, but my crown vic I use for my day job is drinking close to 80 dollars a DAY....glad I'm selling my tahoe!

I guess living in the south has it's advantages...Gas prices are not as high as it is elsewhere.
You can use GasBuddy.com to find cheaper gas instead of driving around looking for cheap gas. |

I am paying $3.20/gal down here in Louisville, KY, but I think that it may be inflated also due to the fact that this is Derby weekend.
