My request for meeting space for the Limos.com group has been officially approved. We will have our own room, date and time to meet. It will be included on the electronic Daily Activities Board at the show.
As information about date/time/location becomes available, I will post it here as well. I have been told we are going to provided with "a very nice room". If you post here even once in awhile like my friend Nort, please come to the "meeting" so that we can all meet face to face. I will share some exciting news in the direction of LCT Magazine. A new program is about to begin and an invitation will be extended to my forum friends to become key players and contrbutors to something very exciting. I cannot share the information yet but will be happy to do so when we meet. I am looking forward to it. This will be an informal meeting so if you desire to pickup a cocktail prior to coming to the meeting room, feel free. Can someone fetch me a Bud Light please. Thanks! |

Jim, I enjoyed meeting you in the hallway after the Limos.com forum meeting had ended. I apologize that we were not able to make it to the room on time. Our intent was to have a full team attend (on time), but were consumed by the number of show attendees at our booth on the floor.
Would be interested in hearing any more feedback you have for us as the forum hosts. Feel free to contact us anytime through our forum profile to connect. |

Limousine shows are all about the networking you can do and spending quality time with old friends. I enjoyed myself immensely.

Well, I am not going to dispute what happened on the stage. If you get video or photos, it won't be from Deano as he wasn't there. I do however think on the success of the 25th show, it was nice to see the girl let her hair down and truly celebrate her success! A job well done.
I think all will agree, LCT once again was over the top with the events of the show, the sheer massive size of the show, the social events etc. It is truly a one of a kind. I am going to vent here that we had to rent the room for the limos.com meeting and while those who did attend had a great time, many RSVP'd and didn't show which is surprising coming from professionals. I wonder how many book limo runs and don't show up. While I enjoyed the time, it certainly was a waste of money to pay for a room that would hold thirty to have only a handful show up. How about the great folks from Limos.com who said, in writing, on their own forum, they were sending FOUR people and sent none. I'd certainly be careful of any promises they make in the future. As for Michael who no longers owns limos.com, I know you were there and did hear from multiple sources that you were very ill and had to go home so I understand. Gunny, I can only hope that you someday make the show yourself instead of relying on third hand and apparently even 4th hand info. I know your situation though and the difficulty it would be for you to leave home for a few days. As always, I enjoyed my time with Dean and Tony. Tony "made" me drink way too much tequilia. Dean drank too many Chevis & waters all by himself. We sure had fun doing it. Daytona, thanks for coming to my seminar. Hope it wasn't too obvious that I had incredible stage fright as I got started. It is one thing to run a limo service and write articles late at night for LCT but to stand up in front of so many people still scares the hell out of me. Thanks everyone! I guess we can now let this thread die. Oh, wait! Did you also hear about how Sara beat Scott on stage! Whacked him right in the head - over-and-over until he had to run off the stage. Now, that dinner is what I call FUN instead of the stuffy, pretentious B.S. we have become accustomed to at these dinners. |

TRUE and it is on tape from multiple attendees-and that is just a small part of the story of mischief by the merchants of malfeasance. IT WAS A TOTAL MELTDOWN !!

What a great show, myself and one of our chauffeurs just returned from Vegas. This being my second LCT Vegas show I was very impressed with this years show as well as last years.
Jim I didn’t get a chance to introduce myself but I did attend your seminar “How to make money in a party car market” Excellent stuff I really enjoyed some of your ideas, and will be getting to work on them shortly, I thought we had thought of everything, boy was I wrong. Wow - got back in late last night from the trip and *sigh* missed the Limos.com Forum event. All I can say is that I had a great time meeting everyone who came by the booth - we were just swamped; we had a booth back in th corner and everyday of the three day event, we could not even walk away from the booth for a bottle of %#$@ $4 water! If you came by and said hello, thx - otherwise I'll just keep 'seeing' you all here! |

I arrived in Vegas 10 days ago and was sick for more than 3/4 of the trip. I spent most of my time laying in the hotel bed.
I missed the meet-up and I apologize. I didn't even see the Limos.com booth. |

Having a blast in Vegas. Heard NLA board members talking about our Limos.com meeting. What a great thing. I think we might get lucky and have Scott Solobrino grace our little get-together. He seemed excited about it.
It is like a fmaily reunion at the show seeing so many that you know, sharing cocktails etc. Can't wait for our official meeting...... |
