I second that motion from Nite2. I won't get into too many details , but thank God , I have someone here that is a master electrical genius. Very poor workmanship. Loose wires , harnesses not secure , they hung the secondary ac condensor with plastic wire ties and it vibrated into the factory unit destroying both. We spent about 20 minutes and fabricated a bracket that mated the two units and eliminated all vibration. Of course I had to spend over $500.00 to get a new condensor and have the whole system drained and re filled. But like I said , I'm not going to get into too many details.

I thought it was resolved too when they told me the check was sent and the parts were on the way 2 weeks ago, Yes the US mail can be slow at times but we are both in Florida and usually its next day.
