Dean Schuler..............where are you?

Dean has not posted much lately and had informed me earlier in the year that he plans to retire in June. I am leaving on vacation next Friday and won't return until June 5th, so I wanted to publicly thank Dean in case the date is June 1st.

Dean is my mentor as Bill is to Gunny. The knowledge and information shared here, by fax, on the telephone, in magazine articles, in personal visits with Dean is invaluable. By striving to run an impeccable service as Dean does, we have achieved a success that we probably could not have done without him.

He has watched the industry evolve through multiple decades and no other single person has provided me with as much information about the industry as Dean has over the years or provided me with the rich stories of history and the players as they evolved in the 70's.

You have earned this retirement Dean. I thank you for your committment to the industry, to instilling the high standards we must uphold and the personal knowledge you have given me.

Wait, so, I misunderstood. When you said you would be retiring in June did you mean just from Signature? What did you mean? I knew you would not just go away. This business is in your blood.

When you and Dave start in Vegas, I will be your first affiliate.

We have BIG plans! LOL

I am here working a double shift for the Cable Convention. No current plans to retire although Hartson and I plan to run a fleet of the largest WHITE CARS we can buy in Las Vegas for nights on the town and trips to "accommodate special needs ". We will selling the bar and seating capacity to land business.
