The Wisconsin Supreme Court strikes Milwaukee's ordinance prohibiting "non-permitted" taxicabs from picking up "prearranged passengers".
The Court rules that, "the county should stop "arbritrarily excluding" taxis without permits from being allowed to make prearranged pickups." "The ordinance arbitrarily limits the options of the general public". That the public, "does not have the option of choosing a taxi without a permit for prearranged pickups from the airport". Hats off to Fond du Lac based Qualty Cab for fighting for what is right.
