Hi all gurus,
Anyone based in the UK know where to buy a new and used limo from? My last limo was imported but I wanted to save on all the shipping and handling costs this time around. All my search engines bring up limos for hire, i.e. the competition, but not the places you can buy from. Any advice would be most appreciated. Cheers |

Buying limo in UK, you can have several Limo Finance options. You can find some companies that for both limo hire and limo selling and which will offer:
• VAT deferrals – customer pays the VAT on month 3 or 4 (whenever his VAT return is). • Stepped payments - customer can have a lower payment for the first 12 months if required. • Lease Purchase - company can add a residual value to the finance so considerably reducing customer’s monthly payment. • Companies can also establish a credit line for company before he searches for a limousine London. This way client will ensure funds are available as soon as he finds the right limousine London and payment can be made quickly and easily to the dealer! |

Maybe the copy you bought didn't show the new ones, try the next issue but be aware that you will pay BIG bucks for one from a dealer, I import my own direct from builders in the U.S. but that can be tricky if you have not done it before.

Many thanks for your reply. Top Marques proved to be a good starting point for used cars, but didn't complete my needs to find a new limo dealer. Do you know of dealers trading in new limos too?
Thanks |

Buy a copy of Top Marques magazine and look under Americans, they usually advertise in there. A small bit of advice, when buying from a dealer remember that their basic aim is profit, hence buying low and selling high is the M.O. here, so high mileage cars tend to be the bread and butter of the trade and along with that is the higher cost of running. I have seen some cars that have covered in excess of 200,000 miles in just two years so be careful out there, fortunately I am in the position of buying new, buying used means checking everything out for yourself so get help if you are unsure. Good Luck
