I would say, check out interest rates (rates and how they are calculated) on two loans and see which one would be cheaper if you used full amount. Unless I am missing something here, there is no real advantage from one to the other. Usually line of credits are like credit cards the way the interest is calculated, could cost way more if you don't pay it off quickly. If you are smart enough to keep personal and business separate you could look into a home equity loan-then you could write off the interest and get a pretty good rate to boot, but be aware rates are on the rise. Have you looked into an investor?

if you work unrelentingly hard, then failure is not an option.

Do you have any contract work lined up to roll the vehicle ? If not-why did you purchase it ? A personal loan is fine but you want to be positioned so the unit is a revenue generating dynamo, not a revenue deficit unit. You will want to turn a profit quickly. Disposable income among the higher demographic is just fine right now. Some groups don't feel economic pain-those are the customers you want.
