I am interested in buying an operating Limo / Sedan service in the Philadelphia area. I am interested in a mid to large well established operator with a newer fleet and good reputation.
Any leads on potential acquisitions would be appreciated.

How do you value a limo company? Using an EBIDA multiple would not seem to work because of the high proportion of depreciation relative to the cash flow.

Any guidance or leads would be appreciated.
