What is the average pay structure for drivers in Florida? Hourly, by the job, etc?

We pay $20/hr plus tip, which is at client's discretion. Miami and Ft. Lauderdale airport runs are paid at a flat rate of $140 and $160, as the time can vary with traffic and we charge a flat rate.

I see that this is not a "hot topic", lol. A way to figure this out is to perhaps go to the drivers, question them, get a concensus, most are willing to talk about pay, either being dissatisfied, or maybe proud of the company and their rate structures. Go to downtown, find where the limo drivers are hanging out while waiting for their clients, then poll a few.
